We offer a varied menu which is mainly based on the availability of seasonal products, that is why you may find some iconic regional dishes, such as “vitello tonnato”, Russian salad (the version typically prepared in the Asti area), “peperoni con bagna fergia” and raw meat, next to some more creative appetizers, such as marinated veal, rabbit tuna and “anguilla in carpione” (marinated fried eel). A menu that respects the environment and its natural cycle.
In addition to some traditional dishes, such as Agnolotti (typical pasta cut into squares and stuffed), plins and tajarin, you will also find some unusual pasta dishes, such as fonduta plins, ravioli stuffed with lean meat, grandma’s gnocchi and ravioles. All our pasta dishes are homemade, and made with love.
Our meat dishes will delight your palate, especially if you still appreciate the flavour and texture resulting from sustainable farming methods. The meat you will taste, in fact, comes from our farm animals.
To end your culinary experience with a bang, you can treat yourself to sweets. Choose one of our delicious desserts: from traditional desserts from Piedmont, such as Chocolate Bunet, to classic Tiramisù, and some specials, such as our single serving Millefoglie.
The same principle applies to the wine list in which we find, in addition to the classics of our territory (Colline Alfieri and Roero), also the wine of our production.
